• Endorsed animal rights candidates for New York City Council, Borough President, District Attorney and Mayor in the 2021 and 2023 primary and general election cycles
• Helped elect Jabari Brisport to the New York State Senate from Brooklyn in 2020. Senator Brisport is the first Black, gay, vegan animal rights activist ever elected to the New York State Senate.
• Endorsed animal rights candidates for New York State Senate and Assembly in the 2020 and 2022 primary and general election cycles

Legislative Victories
• Led 2023 campaign to pass Intro 4, legislation to prohibit the sale of guinea pigs in pet stores in NYC
• Supported 2023 campaign to pass A.2917/S.4099 prohibiting wildlife killing contests through the state
• Co-led 2023 campaign in support of Intro 963, legislation to prohibit the captivity of elephants in NYC (ongoing)
• Co-led 2022, 2021, 2020 campaign to pass A.4283/S.1130, NYS Senate and Assembly to stop the sale of dogs, cats and rabbits in all pet stores
• Led 2019 campaign to pass Intro 1378, which banned foie gras from forced-fed ducks and geese in all NYC restaurants and grocery stores
• Led 2019 campaign to pass Intro 1201, which makes it a crime to steal wild birds in NYC
• Led 2019 campaign in support of Intro 1476, which prohibits the sale of new fur products in NYC (ongoing)
• Supported 2019 campaign to create the official NYC Mayor’s Office of Animal Welfare
• Supported 2018 campaign for ULURP application to build a new, full service animal shelter in the Bronx
• Led 2017 campaign to pass Intro 1233, which bans the use of wild animals in circuses in NYC
